Is your packaging compostable or recyclable?

Yes! Our tea canisters, tea bags, and individually wrapped bags are 100% compostable make from post consumer waste. Even our tea bags are designed with less waste in mind, free of excess packaging like strings, tags, and staples. Made from compostable corn silk materials our tea bags are both GMO-free and chemical-free. Every decision we make is one we hope will reduce our global footprint and inspire others to do the same.

Does Teatulia have any retail locations?

Our Tea Bar in the Denver Highlands is our storefront / tasting room / gathering space. The Teatulia Tea Bar came about because Denver needs tea, really good tea. We want to make tea approachable and fun, with friendly tea-ristas and tea classes to bring you into our world of tea.

Other than our Tea Bar, you can find us for sale on, Amazon, retail locations like Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Sprouts, Safeway and more. You can also find Teatulia freshed brewed iced teas in college and university dining halls, fast and casual dining, as well as coffee shops and restaurants across the US. How do I order online?

Making a purchase is safe, and secure. Begin adding your desired products to your shopping cart. Select “Proceed to Checkout” then create an account, sign in, or checkout as a guest. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team or 303 344 2980.

What shipping method will be used?

We use USPS first class and USPS priority mail depending of the weight of your package. We’ve found USPS has the fastest, most reliable delivery, and the best prices.

When can I expect my order?

Although our amazing warehouse team typically gets orders out the door same day, please allow up to 72 hours for your package to be shipped. From there USPS first class and priority mail, depending on your location will take anywhere from 1 to 3 days to be delivered. We ask that you allow for a maximum of 7 days for your tea to be arrive. If you have any issues, please email our customer service team at or give them a call at 303 433 2980.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number where you can follow your package. You can also find a tracking number by logging into your account and choosing “View Order Status”

My order arrived damaged or incomplete.

We work hard to make sure that orders are filled correctly and completely and that they are packaged well to prevent breakage. If you experience any problem with your order, please email us at or call us at 303 433 2980 with details of the damage. We work hard to make sure you’re 100% happy with your order!

How do I return tea purchased from an outside retailer?

We’re proud to partner with outside retailers to bring Teatulia teas to you. We ask that you first contact the retailer you purchased from for returns. Of course, please reach out to our customer service team with any questions regarding our teas.

How do I update my account settings?

To update information including billing and shipping addresses or credit card information find the “My Account” link on the header on desktop, or on mobile scroll to the bottom of the side bar. To update addresses - choose “Your Address Book”. To update credit card information - choose “Manage Payment Options"

How do I add or delete my credit card information?

To update your credit card information, please log into your account and choose “Manage Payment Options”. From here you can choose to add or delete credit cards.

How do I delete my account?

We understand that you want to keep your information private. Please feel free to log into your account and remove any personal information you’d like including mailing addresses and credit card information. Unfortunately, there is some aspects, like your order history, that we can’t delete because of accounting purposes.
