- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
- 2/3 cups Teatulia® Neem Nectar tea steeped in 2 1/2 cups of water, cooled
Prepare a simple sugar syrup with 3 cups water and 1 cup sugar.
Let the syrup cool down.
Mix the cooled down syrup with lemon juice, lemon zest, and Teatulia Neem Nectar Tea in a blender or food processor.
Freeze according to the instructions of your ice cream machine. If you do not have an ice cream machine, still-freeze in your freezer
Yield: 1.5 gallons
